We offer a range of entertainment based experiences in various locations around the UK. Costs and current availability of session times and locations are available by contacting the Go office.
We reserve the right to change the cost of activities, events, packages etc if changes are imposed on us. We reserve the right to change the content, date and location of the activity, event or package if we or the facilitators deem it necessary.
You will be notified at our earliest opportunity if we need to do this. In the event that Go Experience Ltd cannot re-date or re-locate the activity, event or package, then a full refund will be issued. Any refunds due will be issued after the event has taken place to the original person who made payment. It is their responsibility to return these funds to the appropriate person/s
It is the group's responsibility to arrive at their chosen activity on time, as the finishing time of an activity cannot be extended.
Go Experience/our facilitators reserve the right to refuse entry to a venue, or exclude anyone or group of persons, if participants are deemed to be under the influence of excessive alcohol and/or drugs, or deemed unfit, unreasonable or irresponsible. No refund will be issued in such circumstances
Occasionally we use stills / footage of our experiences for marketing purposes. In taking part guests agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide.
Participants in Go Pop Video receive a DVD of the final performance. Material on the edited DVD, including text and images and video footage, is protected by copyright. Copyright in all materials and/or works remains with Go Experience Ltd and other copyright owner(s) as specified.
The DVD soundtrack is subject to MCPS/PPL licences held by Go Experience Ltd. The DVD may not be copied, reproduced, broadcast or transmitted in any way. Prior written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained for any other use of material.
Go Experience takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe experience and environment for all guests. These steps include but are not limited to: undertaking a full risk assessment at each experience venue, having sufficient facilitator to guest ratio, presenting a full and thorough health and safety explanation, ensuring all equipment and props are safe and thoroughly checked, and having appropriate public liability insurance.
All activities are undertaken at the guests own risk, and Go Experience cannot be responsible for claims for death, injury, damage or loss, unless caused by the negligence of Go Experience. At no time should guests endanger themselves or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws. Guests should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they are taking part in.
Our DVD's work on all computers, laptops and most DVD players. In the event your DVD doesn't work on your DVD player, we can supply you with the orginal video file which can either be played on a computer or burnt onto a DVD.
We require a deposit of £50 to secure a Cheer, Dance or Cocktail making booking.
If full payment is taken on initial booking, £50 of this will constitute the deposit.
We require a deposit of £100 to secure a Popvideo, Recording, Homeparty or First Dance booking.

You will be invoiced 35 days before your event for the outstanding balance and full payment is required 28 days before an event.
We require the remaining balance to be paid in one individual payment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to later dates or other experiences should you wish to reschedule your event. However we do require notice of no less than 28 days for this transfer.
If a booking is cancelled with more than 28 days notice prior to commencement of activity: No payment will be due to us.
If a booking is cancelled with 14-28 days notice prior to commencement of activity:
50% of the full payment will be retained.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to commencement of activity: 100 % of the full payment will be retained.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund individuals if they drop out less than 28 days notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any costs or expenses, including for travel and accommodation, which you incur as a result of any cancellation delay or rescheduling of an experience or for any other reason.
If you'd like to make any amendments to your booking we must receive the request in writing. We will do our best to accommodate any amendments to your booking however this is subject to availability. If the request is to change date, time or location of your booking a £25 adminstration fee will be applied if the changes are possible.
All of our competitions and special offers are open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, except employees of Go-experience Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries include your full name and must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and entry is restricted to one per person.
Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an sae to Go-experience Ltd, Norwood House, 9 Dyke Road, Brighton, BN1 3FE.
The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
Only one special offer to be used at a time on all bookings.
The February sale price is only applicable to new bookings made between 1st February 2017 - 28th February 2017. Any bookings made before or after this date will still be subject to the original price quoted at the time of booking.
